RETURNS

There’s never a problem a GOAT can’t fix, you get 14 days to return your items starting from the day you receive your order.

Items must be returned in the same original conditions. All original tags must be attached.

Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size or colour. The new size/colour will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is to be exchanged.

In order to start the exchange, the customers can contact the GOAT team via email at info@goatthelabel.com Stating the order number, the reason for return and whether it’s a request for a product exchange.

Please note that final sale items, which are not available online anymore, are not eligible for a return.

Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is defective, please contact our Customer Care Team via email info@goatthelabel.com within 2 days of receipt and let us know. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible so that you can show off your #Goatthelabel in style.
